Established over forty years ago by the Friulian/Trentino couple Modotti in the Isarvorstadt, it is now led by gourmet and wine lover Santo Palamara and his wife Alida since the summer of 2002, continuing the best Italian traditions. Santo Palamara grew up in Calabria, where he developed a passion for traditional Italian cuisine and wine. The Calabrian hospitality offers a warm and heartfelt welcome, allowing you a small escape from everyday life. Friulana aims to showcase authentic Italian cuisine with high-quality ingredients prepared according to original recipes, complemented by a selection of excellent wines from across Italy.
