Welcome to our newly built Forellenstüble. Let yourself be pampered in beautiful nature. We are known for our smoked trout. The fresh fish is marinated according to an old recipe and smoked over beech wood and aromatic juniper. Whether with fresh bread and creamy horseradish or with potato salad – a real treat for the palate. On Sundays, in nice weather, we also offer our trout fresh from the grill. And for dessert, we have a sweet treat for you – our delicious cakes and tortes with a cup of coffee.
