The Forellenhof Buhlbach is located in a truly idyllic setting in the Buhlbach landscape protection area in the Black Forest, within walking distance of our hotel. Hospitality and fish farming have a long tradition and quality here. From the former 'Fischerstüble', a substantial Black Forest house was created in 2017 after extensive renovations. In the cozy dining rooms – the Forellenstube and Buhlbachstube – as well as on the spacious sun terrace, the Forellenhof team offers fresh trout specialties and a hearty snack menu. The Forellenlädle sells trout fresh from the smoke and other delicacies to take away. We are also happy to host private parties and celebrations upon request.
