Café & Konditorei Pernsteiner is a culinary paradise that has been serving the community for 123 years. Founded by my grandfather, the café has withstood two world wars, a global economic crisis, and significant changes in the economy. After 42 years of involvement and 33 years of independent management, I am passing the café to two new partners who will continue the tradition of quality and service. The café is known for its organic chocolates and pralines, which will be maintained by Gina Bonse, a former apprentice who will also launch an online shop for these delicacies in Fall 2024.
