Café Walfisch is a family-run traditional café located in the heart of Wangen's old town, directly in front of the Lindauer Tor. Named after the baroque fresco depicting the story of Jonah on the facade of the building, the café offers a classic café house experience with cakes, pastries, and pralines made in-house. Guests can enjoy outdoor seating in the Paradiesstraße and Kellhof during good weather. The café has been operated by the Schmid family since 1962, currently run by Markus Schmid, the grandson of the founder.
