We strive to purchase regional and seasonal products. We do not add any flavor enhancers to our products. Our sauces and dressings are always homemade. Our meat comes from farms where responsible treatment of animals is guaranteed. The animals are kept in family-run farms and fed a purely plant-based diet. Short transport routes avoid additional stress for the animals. We also focus on regionality for our beers, water, and juices. The good thing is that we do not have to compromise on quality – on the contrary. We wish you a pleasant time in our café.
