The Bavarian Roasting Company is a young, regional producer of specialty coffee. It all began in a small garage, a little off the busy streets of our medieval hometown. We place great importance on the quality of our beans, which we import from hand-picked coffee plantations around the world and roast here using traditional drum roasting methods in small batches. Like in the old days, without machines and without elaborate technical aids; with experience and feeling, knowing that the old masters are watching over us. For we continue their art and hope that they are a little proud of us.
