The 'Burg', originally a traditional inn in Aasen, has grown into a well-known address in the region over the last 40 years. The classic Baden cuisine is emphasized here, prepared with traditional craftsmanship. After the closure of the 'old' Burg in 2008, brothers Jason and Niklas Grom reopened the hotel and restaurant 'die Burg' in September 2017 after a year-long renovation. The venue aims to enrich the local area, providing a place for guests to relax, recharge, and enjoy excellent service, outstanding cuisine, and fine wine offerings.
