We are the Bratenflotte. Our story is long, as the idea of the food truck actually originated back in 2011, before the big street food boom in Germany. At that time, hardly anyone knew what a 'food truck' was, making it very difficult to implement this idea. The plan was initially put on hold. When Anna came to Germany from Poland in 2013, we met while working together. It was immediately clear that our goals and dreams were the same – to run our own gastronomy. Thus, we revived the food truck concept. In 2016, we started our big adventure with our own food truck. After two successful years on tour, we fulfilled our second dream and opened our own burger restaurant in Plankstadt in mid-2018.
