Welcome to Bieggers Hopfenstube, located in the heart of Oberschwaben! We live by the motto 'Regional is optimal' and aim to provide you with an experience while shopping for fruits, vegetables, and our fine spirits. Enjoy Bieggers Roten Most, freshly pressed apple juice, or our self-distilled spirits, and be enchanted by our typical Swabian specialties and fresh salads! Our farm has been in the Biegger family since 1776, evolving from a livestock farm to a fruit farm in the 1970s. The first part of our farm shop was built shortly after to market our fruits, which has since grown into a lovely meeting place. In the 1990s, the idea of a small restaurant was born, leading to the creation of our Hopfenstube in December 2001. We are proud to offer award-winning spirits, including our Hopfen-Gin and Green Walnut Liqueur, recognized among Europe's elite spirits.
