Bäckerei Glocker is a traditional bakery that has been dedicated to the craft of baking since 1955. In the third generation, we process regional and sustainable natural products daily, baking bread with valuable ingredients such as time, craftsmanship, and love. Our hearty and fine baked goods showcase our commitment to artisanal craftsmanship. Each pretzel is unique, hand-twisted, and every loaf of bread is a one-of-a-kind creation, carefully weighed and shaped by hand. As a founding member of the 'Albkorn' producer community, we emphasize sustainability and regionality, sourcing our grain from local farmers within 50 kilometers of our bakery. Our products are guaranteed to be free from genetic engineering and are continuously monitored from producer to consumer. We are also a partner of the 'Biosphärengebiet Schwäbische Alb' project, highlighting our connection to the region.
