When exquisite regional ingredients, creative baking recipes, and true love come together, bread and rolls are freshly made every day for enjoyment. Just as color is essential for an artist, flour is vital for a baker. That's why it's important for the baker to know where their flour comes from. Our flour comes from Rohrdorf in the Black Forest, from the family-owned Schill mill. The grain is also sourced from local farmers around Rohrdorf. This ensures honest, genuine quality. Everything is regional! But it's not just this that makes our breads and rolls taste amazing. Based on our own recipes and mixtures, we create baked goods with a unique variety of flavors and nuances. Each bite brings joy to the heart.
