In May 2017, we opened our Tapas Bar Ravel on the ground floor of D.-Martin-Luther Strasse 14 in the Regensburg city center. A place where we not only bring Spanish joie de vivre to Regensburg but also the joy of enjoying Spanish delicacies. Our tapas are prepared daily with great care from regional and freshly imported ingredients, and the menu features classics of tapas cuisine, such as dates wrapped in bacon, the best olives, juicy albondigas, or patatas bravas, complemented by changing specialties. Our focus is on the freshness of our ingredients and the avoidance of all convenience products. Weekly changing dishes and drinks allow us to use seasonal fresh fruits and herbs, offering our guests a varied and always fresh and delicious menu.
