Ashish, the friendly host and creative mind of the house, comes from a small Indian village named Rasol in eastern India. He discovered his love for cooking with his grandmother and developed a sense for genuine, regional flavors early on. After over 16 years in Germany, he brings a piece of his homeland to our country. After more than 14 years of self-employment with four successful restaurants, Ashish now makes a culinary statement in Eching: freshly prepared, modern Indian dishes that impress with authenticity and creativity.
