Built in 1460, almost 15 years before the famous Landshut Wedding, the house at Altstadt 29 was constructed by the then chancellor of the Wittelsbach dukes, Dr. Martin Mair. The Gothic hall has been preserved unchanged and today serves as a brilliant and historical setting for ARAN. The classicist facade dates from 1780, as do the two portrait medallions of Elector Karl-Theodor and his wife in the wings of the entrance gates, as well as the coat of arms above the portal. Today, you can enjoy your coffee in a quiet ARAN break atmosphere at this historic and impressive place and experience the stunning historical old town of Landshut on one of the outdoor seats in nice weather.
