Welcome to Anjas Schokostübchen, a dream world of chocolate. It begins with the cocoa plant itself, where many small white beans grow closely together inside a thick husk. After harvesting, the husk is opened, and the beans are dried and packaged. After a long journey from the respective growing area, they are carefully roasted, freed from the dry shell, and ground. Depending on the ingredients and processing, wonderful chocolate varieties are created: milk, dark, white, and ruby chocolate.
