About Albert-Link-Hütte

The Albert-Link-Hütte is a publicly accessible, managed hut (Category II) of the Munich section. Located in the Schliersee mountains south of Lake Spitzing, it serves as a base for the three-day 'Three Lakes Tour'. With its family-friendly environment (meadows, stream, large playground), it is ideal for family stays. The hut is also proud to hold the coveted environmental quality seal from the Alpine clubs; in 2022, it was awarded the seal for another five years. Known far beyond the county borders for its homemade specialties made from predominantly regional raw materials: from wood-fired bread to various game specialties, delicious cakes, and various delicacies from the smoker. Here, genuine baking and cooking craftsmanship is still practiced – combined with friendly service, the hut is a gem of the culinary landscape at Spitzingsee. For overnight stays, over 60 sleeping places are available in cozy rooms and dormitories, making this gem a perfect base for relaxing and enjoyable days for all age groups, both summer and winter. Activities at the Albert-Link-Hütte include playground, hiking, mountain biking, climbing, ski touring, snowshoeing, alpine skiing, and cross-country skiing.
