We like homemade, so everything is freshly prepared in-house for you (except ketchup, Heinz probably does it best). Regional is important to us: Farmer Josef supplies us with his potatoes, which we process by hand daily. For our burgers, we exclusively use 'Boeuf de Hohenlohe', in organic quality from the farmers' cooperative Schwäbisch-Hall. Great craftsmanship also comes from Hildes Backwut – who provide us with fresh rolls every day. Veggies Welcome: Every one of our burgers can also be ordered vegetarian.
