The small inn in Altmühltal, known as 13. Apostel, has a history dating back to 1774 when it was founded as a distillery by Georg Michael Glöckel. After being closed for several decades, it was renovated by Marion and Albert Lippenberger in 2004 and reopened in April 2007, receiving a preservation award for its restoration efforts. The inn offers regional specialties and homemade cakes, welcoming guests of all ages to enjoy local delicacies. It also provides various wild game dishes from its own hunting. The venue can host celebrations for up to 70 people.
