Munich Brewery's Secret Face

For years Munich Hofbrà¤uhaus has advertised globally using the face of a pretty waitress - however it has emerged that she had absolutely no idea about this. The young waitress from the Oktoberfest was the radiant face of Hofbrauhaus' worldwide advertising campaign. Sylvia Mützel was on huge billboards in New York, Las Vegas and Shanghai, says Die Sueddeutsche Zeitung.

A cousin of her husband coincidentally had discovered the portrait of Sylvia outside the Hofbrauhaus in Shanghai last year. Now the young woman is pursuing Hofbrà¤uhaus through the courts for compensation for illegally using her image without her permission.
