Impatient customer assaults Bahn employee

Munich. The purchase of a train ticket ended with insults and assault on thursday evening at the Munich airport.

A 42 year old call-center agent who was fed up with the long waiting times for the ticket machine lost her temper and attacked a sales assistant. She insulted the 26 year old Bahn employee, grabbed her and pulled her hair. Police guarding the airport were able to calm the situation. The injured pressed charges.
