New Partnership Representative Appointed for Pfaffstätten-Alzenau/Hörstein

The longstanding partnership between the municipality of Pfaffstätten and the German community of Alzenau/Hörstein, which has been in place since 1972, has recently seen the appointment of a new partnership representative. During the recent inaugural meeting of the municipal council in Pfaffstätten, where the mayor from the ÖVP party, Christoph Kainz, was re-elected by a significant majority, Günter Wurzer was designated as the representative for this community partnership.

The council committee responsible for overseeing this partnership will be led by Michael Bares, who serves as the executive council member. This role is crucial in fostering the relationship between the two municipalities, enhancing cultural exchange, and promoting mutual understanding.

Over the years, the partnership has facilitated various collaborative projects and initiatives that have strengthened ties between the communities. The appointment of Wurzer marks a continued commitment to nurturing this relationship and exploring new opportunities for cooperation.

As the partnership representative, Wurzer will be tasked with coordinating activities, events, and exchanges aimed at deepening the connection between Pfaffstätten and Alzenau/Hörstein. This includes not only cultural exchanges but also potential economic collaborations that can benefit both municipalities.

The ongoing relationship is viewed as a valuable asset for both communities, providing a platform for sharing experiences and best practices. The leadership in Pfaffstätten is confident that with Wurzer's appointment, the partnership will continue to thrive and evolve, adapting to the changing needs and interests of both communities.
