Lawyer Suggests Possible Accomplice in Jennifer S. Homicide Case
New developments have emerged in the investigation of the 2018 murder of Jennifer S., as the legal representative for the victim's mother has raised the possibility that an accomplice may have assisted the main suspect, Jennifer's former partner, in transporting her remains. This suggestion is based on the logistical difficulties involved in moving both the deceased and the container used to conceal her body.
The lawyer, representing the interests of Jennifer S.'s family, has pointed out that the combined weight of the victim and the storage trunk would have posed a significant challenge for a single individual. The trunk reportedly weighed approximately 18 kilograms, while Jennifer S. was over 60 kilograms. The attorney has submitted a formal request to authorities for a crime reconstruction to determine whether it would have been physically feasible for the suspect to act alone in relocating the body from an upper-floor apartment to a vehicle and subsequently to a remote location.
According to investigation records, Jennifer S. was last seen in January 2018. The suspect, now in his early thirties, has confessed to an altercation that occurred on the morning after Jennifer decided to end their relationship. The suspect admitted to restraining and fatally injuring her during this incident. He subsequently placed her body in a suitcase and transported it out of the residence. Initial efforts to hide the remains involved leaving them near a rural path in Großweikersdorf, located in the Tulln district. Two months later, the remains were allegedly moved to a military training area in Allentsteig.
