In an extensive initiative, the State Young People's Party (JVP) of Lower Austria has undertaken a tour visiting one hundred local associations across various regions, including Gmünd, Neunkirchen, Amstetten, and Gänserndorf. This effort aimed to recognize and celebrate the contributions of community members who actively engage in local initiatives.

According to the JVP's leader, the visits highlighted the dedication of individuals who take on responsibilities and enhance community collaboration. The initiative, dubbed the 'Get Involved Locally' tour, has resulted in the creation of a comprehensive map showcasing youthful civic engagement across the state. This endeavor underscores the vitality of volunteerism, which the party considers a fundamental pillar of society.

The tour has not only facilitated meaningful interactions with locals but has also provided valuable insights into the challenges and successes faced by various associations. The JVP's outreach aims to strengthen connections between the party and grassroots organizations, fostering a spirit of cooperation and mutual support.

Throughout the visits, the leadership expressed a commitment to enhancing the framework for community-based initiatives, ensuring that local voices are heard and valued within larger political discussions. The tour serves as a testament to the party's dedication to promoting active citizenship and encouraging young people to participate in their communities.

The JVP's findings from the tour will inform future policies aimed at bolstering volunteer efforts and community engagement across Lower Austria.
