Man Seriously Injured in Collision with Police Vehicle in Vienna

A 39-year-old man riding an e-scooter sustained serious injuries following a collision with a police vehicle on Margaretengürtel in Vienna. Emergency services, including the Christophorus 9 helicopter, were dispatched to the scene to transport him to a hospital. Fortunately, authorities have confirmed that the man is not in life-threatening condition.

According to police spokesperson Anna Gutt, the incident occurred during an operational response by a police patrol. The details surrounding the circumstances of the collision remain unclear as the investigation is ongoing.
