Armed Robbery in Vienna Leaves Victim Injured

In a disturbing incident on Monday evening, two unidentified assailants attacked a man in a garage located in the Leberberg area of Vienna-Simmering. The victim was confronted as he exited his vehicle, where he was subjected to physical assault and sprayed with pepper spray by the attackers.

The assailants managed to steal a sum of cash from the victim before fleeing the scene in an unknown direction. Despite immediate response efforts, law enforcement has not yet apprehended the suspects. Authorities are currently engaged in an ongoing investigation to gather more details regarding the incident and to locate those responsible.

The victim sustained minor injuries and was subsequently transported to a local hospital for treatment. A police spokesperson indicated that the motives behind the attack remain unclear at this time, and further inquiries are underway.

The police have urged anyone with information related to this incident to come forward, emphasizing the importance of community involvement in ensuring public safety. They are utilizing various investigative techniques to bring the perpetrators to justice.
