50 Ton Crane Rescues Overweight Patient

Munich. An overweight patient had to be rescued from his flat with a 50 ton crane.

The man was rescued from the second floor of the 4 storey family house in Nymphenburg. The man was lifted through the staircase window, on a special basket with a high load-bearing stretcher, which was subsequently brought to ground. A rescue van was ready for further transport. It is not yet known what happened to the man.

During the hour long rescue mission, Wotanstraße was partially blocked by police.
